Session Advice

General Recommendations
For the ultimate in healing and prevention and to reduce the need for frequent sessions, your best bet is the two-hour session that combines both BioSyntonie and massage therapy.

Why a Longer Session?
  • A problem in one area always impacts the whole body
  • Focusing only on the problem area can actually cause other problems
  • Combination sessions require more time
  • More time now means less time later
  • Longer, fewer sessions add up to great savings

Clients who choose combination sessions and have a regular therapy routine, even if only four times a year, tend to experience less pain, more sparkling health, improved energy and ability to handle stress, and a remarkable ability to see, understand, and act upon the truly important things in life.

How Frequently?
Connective tissue is amazingly regenerative and usually takes up to 72 hours to fully integrate the changes. The first-ever connective tissue therapy session is often memorable and never repeated: Subsequent sessions will never be like the first, because connective tissue therapy has a way of making permanent changes, and quickly. A few individuals are chronic and so the peeling of the layers involved in making those changes may take longer, but most people respond quickly and feel better, longer than with any other type of bodywork. Because responsiveness is unique to your body and circumstances, read Paula's short and entertaining blog to help you determine how often to get this wonderful connective tissue therapy.

Recommendations aside, Paula accommodates you. Choose sessions from as short as 30 minutes to the full 120 minutes.
