Some people are more neurofascially sensitive, therefore more easily aware of and affected by aspects of ordinary life that others are not. An electromagnetic field (EMF), is one of those things. So is electromagnetic radiation (EMR) from things like cell phone towers and smart meters.
I first learned about EMF in the year 2000 when I could not get any CRT monitor from any new desktop PC to work properly in my home. Many weeks of investigation led me to the source: A powerful EMF field attached to the water pipes under my first floor apartment due to a corroded and severed neutral wire from Con Edison's electrical box feeding the building I live in. This experience, combined with changing careers into one where people began presenting me with mysterious and serious health problems, led me to becoming involved in EMF evaluations of homes and offices.

I've used BioSyntonie products, created by Pierre Nicolas, since the start of my practice. They are the most potent, permanent, personal, and electronic protection devices this practitioner has ever experienced - primarily because they do more than just protect. However, their products have a history of being difficult and expensive to attain, despite the best efforts of invested practitioners. As much as I rely on and have benefited from these products, and have been proud to help others with them, the effort was too draining and I stopped selling them.

Those who develop these products keep the know-how highly secret and often limit sales to individuals that can afford them - and only those in the know have access. This is a shame. This technology is needed by all and should not be secret. The geniuses behind the various technologies that protect us from the physical and mental health problems of EMF and RF radiation need to be working with the power and cellular/wifi companies to ensure every product manufactured is safe for everyone. There is earned shame on the other side, too: Power and cellular companies need to start opening up to new ways of looking at things instead of seeking to deny, for litigious reasons, the health-harming and addictive aspects of stray EMF, RF-Radiation, Wifi, etc. Both sides keep their secrets to themselves. Secrets are destructive and come from old-world fear and ignorance. We can do better.

The FDA and The Law

In the EHT/CHD v. FCC decision last summer, the court ordered the FCC to go back again and conduct a serious review of the scientific evidence submitted before deciding whether or not to keep its 25-year old human exposure guidelines. The court didn't mention the fact that the FCC has no authority or competency in public health, no staff with medical training and no experience.
In its decision, the court specifically called out the FDA for its “conclusory” statements in support of the FCC’s exposure guidelines, noting that the FDA itself had failed to show any evidence that it had conducted sufficient evaluation on which to base its advice to the FCC.
It turns out there is a federal law (21 USC § 360 ii) which requires the FDA to take steps to reduce the public's exposure, and set science-based standards for devices that emit RF radiation, such as cell phones (and smart meters). But as far as we can tell, the agency has never actually complied with the law. Nobody can find the standards! That’s why we filed a formal Petition with the FDA, and why we are contemplating further legal action.
